    Welcome to the website for the Railroad Avenue Area Transportation and Revitalization Plan. The plan will seek strategies for redevelopment to encourage a greater mix and intensity of land uses, and develop strategies to make the Railroad Ave area more attractive and pedestrian friendly. Public and business-owners' input and ideas on potential revitalization concepts will be an important part of developing this plan.

    This website will be regularly updated with information, including schedule of meetings open to the public, plan recommendation concepts, and public input survey.

DRAFT Plan Report Available

View the DRAFT Plan Report The Railroad Avenue Revitalization Plan consists of two reports or Technical Memos.  The first or Technical Memo 1 provides an assessment of existing conditions.  The second is the DRAFT Plan Report, or Technical Memo 2, DRAFT Recommended Strategies.

This report details the existing conditions and preliminary assessment for the Railroad Avenue Area Transportation and Revitalization Plan. This information, along with the results of the business survey and public comments, is being used to help develop a draft revitalization plan. The draft plan will be posted soon, followed by a second public meeting.
